Rams Star WR Cooper Kupp Suffers Devastating Injury

Since August 1, Cooper Kupp has been nursing a hamstring ailment.

He went all the way to Minnesota to get another opinion on the injury.

His participation in the Rams' season opener against the Seattle Seahawks is "less likely" at this time.

Due to an ankle injury, Kupp sat out the final eight games of the 2017 season.

With 145 receptions, 1,947 yards, and 16 scores in 2021, he was the league's top receiver.

In the Rams' four postseason games, he caught 33 passes for 478 yards and six touchdowns.

Late in the Super Bowl, he caught Matthew Stafford's game-winning touchdown throw.

The Rams need to be patient with Kupp in the hopes that he will be able to return shortly.

The Rams' offense will suffer greatly without him, but they have plenty of other capable receivers who can step up in his place.
