Skate into Cheer: Lakers' Festive Fundraise

The Holiday Skate with the Lakers fundraiser will return from 1 to 3 p.m. on Sunday.

All proceeds will support the United Way of Greater Oswego County.

The community is invited to skate with the Laker men's and women's hockey teams and share in the holiday cheer.

Admission is $3 per person, with an additional $3 charge for those looking to rent skates.

The event will include chances to win a Laker hockey jersey and a visit from Santa Claus.

Attending children under the age of 17 must be accompanied by an adult.
